Please note: clients must complete CAM-POST training before registering for this course. |

- Simulation requirements
- Virtual Machine user interface
- Adding part, stock, fixtures, tools and holders
- Setting compensation
- Collision detection and avoidance
Day 2 - Virtual Machine
- MFG Extractor
- Virtual Machine Model Creation
- Create or import geometries
- Add kinematics
- Attachment points
- Model (Post-Processor and Control Emulator association)
- Create custom machine model using Virtual Machine
Day 3 - Introduction to Control Emulator
- Control Emulator Creation
- Compilation, testing and debugging
- Code and Data customization
- Review of the ICAM Macro language
- Macro language features unique to Control Emulator
- Code, Data, Start-up/Shutdown and Event macros
Day 4 - Customer Control Emulator Creation
- Develop a custom Control Emulator for specific NC machine
- Custom Control Emulator testing and debugging
