MONTREAL, December 5, 2003 - ICAM Technologies Corporation developer and supplier of the world’s most advanced NC post-processing software technology announced today the signing of a Strategic Marketing Agreement with WALTER Informationssysteme GmbH of Tübingen, Germany.

Under the terms of this marketing agreement , WALTER Informationssysteme GmbH will work with ICAM to provide an interface for the automatic use of tool data, assembly and lists for Virtual Machine, ICAM’s graphic machine tool simulator, as well as for CAM-POST, ICAM’s NC post-processing software solution. In addition, WALTER Informationssysteme and ICAM Technologies will cooperate on other key marketing strategies, as well as to promote each other’s products and services to their current and potential customers.
