MONTREAL, MAY 14, 1999 - ICAM Technologies Corporation (ICAM) announced today that it has terminated its Program License and Distribution Agreement with Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC). The agreement, signed in December 1995, permitted PTC to market ICAM’s CAM-POST NC post-processing software to Pro/ENGINEER users under the name Pro/NCPOST.

ICAM will now sell its complete range of products and services, including the new Floating License Manager, directly to Pro/ENGINEER users through its direct sales organization and worldwide dealer network. ICAM is committed to working closely with PTC to support mutual customers over the next two years.
