New Manager of Technical Support, Daniel Wang

Our customers are the core of our business, and as we continue to expand globally in order to better serve our customers and provide them with industry leading solutions and support, we are pleased to announce the promotion of Daniel Wang to the position of Manager of Technical Support.

About Daniel Wang’s Background

Daniel has played a critical role in the development of global support solutions for ICAM customers across a variety of industries, including aerospace, automotive, medical, heavy equipment, and more. He has advocated for customer training and education, and has always been dedicated to providing customers with the tools and support they need for success.

In his new position, Daniel will assume leadership of the Technical Support team. He will work alongside the Sales and Customer Service teams to continue delivering the technical support and expertise to support customers’ needs.

Daniel and the team look forward to helping ICAM customers around the world increase productivity and achieve greater performance and precision in their CNC manufacturing processes.

Daniel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Concordia University.
