I am very proud to announce today that, following a careful process of selecting an appropriate long term growth plan for ICAM, I’ve agreed to have our business be acquired by Sandvik AB of Sweden. The ICAM team sees this change as fantastic news. It brings ICAM’s current talent, business model and valued relationships closer to the best like-minded people in industry. It also brings ICAM into a family of highly respected first class companies, where new ideas, synergies and innovations will continue to be fostered and developed; something ICAM has always been known for.

2021 not only marked ICAM’s 50th anniversary, but it also marks a very exciting year for positive change, future growth and long-term opportunities for all of us.
